Request for Proposals

When bids from multiple providers are needed, it may be necessary to issue a “Request for Proposal” (RFP). The IL Group can handle this process on your behalf. Of course, not every vendor is a suitable match for every lender. In today's market, many vendors have narrowed their target market in an effort to meet specific economies of scale. As such, consideration must be given to refining the list of potential vendors that will receive your RFP s to those that would be appropriate.

All of the information accumulated throughout the process will be assembled and delivered to each vendor identified as a good candidate for your business. In most cases, an initial response will be received within 2 weeks, and it is anticipated that a formal Proposal will be received within 30 days. Any additional information or questions which may arise during the RFP process will be handled directly by The IL Group. We will coordinate any additional information requested with your office, and distribute the answers.
